David Corr, a Master Graduate of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, has developed a strong reputation for performing Irish song, English song, Oratorio and Opera and has performed in many prestigious venues including the Grand Opera House in Belfast, National Concert Hall (Dublin), Wigmore Hall (London) the Royal Overseas League’ Princess Alexandra’s Hall (London). David has performed in main stage productions with Irish National Opera and Northern Ireland Opera. Some of the highlights for David was his Masterclass with Dame Janet Baker in May 2022, winning the prestigious Deborah Voigt Opera Prize and the Voice of Northern Ireland and singing the role of Joe in the newly commissioned Opera by Northern Ireland Opera Nobody/Somebody in the same year.

David’s solo Oratorio performances have included performing in Oratorio de Noël by Camille Saint-Saens, Haydn’s Creation and Handel's Messiah. David has performed Opera Scenes (RCS) singing the roles of Le Dancaïre (Carmen), Don Alfonso (Cosi fan Tutte) and Mercurio (La Calisto) and in 2022 he performed Opera Scenes (RCS) singing Albert (Werther) and Taddeo (L’italiana in Algeri).
